We’re looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. As a Station Manager II, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a medium to large car rental station within our Network & Stations team, part of the broader Operations function. This is a supervisory management role where you will implement strategy with an operational focus and achieve goals through others, including full management authority for your team. **Key Responsibilities:*** **Operational Management:**+ Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.+ Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.+ Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.* **Customer Service:**+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.+ Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.* **Staff Management:**+ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.+ Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.* **Sales and Financial Management:**+ Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.+ Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.* **Fleet Management:**+ Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.+ Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.+ Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.* **Compliance and Safety:**+ Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.+ Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.+ Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions. **What We’re Looking For:*** Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment.* Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional results.* Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.* Experience in fleet management and operational efficiency. **Ideal Experience*** Demonstrated success in a supervisory or management role, preferably in car rental, hospitality, retail, or a similar service-driven industry.* Track record of achieving sales and operational targets.* Experience managing teams, handling scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.* Previous experience overseeing budgets, cost control, and financial performance.* Familiarity with fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, or logistics is a plus. **Skills & Competencies*** Strong leadership and people management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.* Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks effectively.* Analytical approach to operational and financial data.* Knowledge of safety, compliance, and industry regulations. **Why Join Us?**Be part of a fast-growing company that values leadership and teamwork.
