Europcar España busca un Coordinador de Aeropuertos para liderar las operaciones de la flota, supervisar el mantenimiento y garantizar un servicio de alta calidad a los clientes en la red de aeropuertos. Participará en la planificación a largo plazo y la gestión diaria de operaciones de garaje y equipos externalizados.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en gestión de flotas o roles similares y habilidades de liderazgo, organización y comunicación para coordinar con proveedores y equipos

Formación

  • Experiencia demostrable en gestión de flotas o rol similar.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo para dirigir, motivar y desarrollar un equipo.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de comunicación.
  • Enfoque proactivo para resolver problemas de reparación e inventario.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y desarrollar al personal de flota para cumplir metas de la estación.
  • Gestionar operaciones diarias de la flota, reparación y mantenimiento de vehículos.
  • Mantener relaciones con proveedores y concesionarios y coordinar con áreas internas.
  • Preparar informes mensuales sobre productividad, asistencia e inventario de consumibles.

We are looking for a highly skilled **Station Fleet Manager** to oversee both the strategic and day-to-day management of our fleet, ensuring efficient operations, timely maintenance, and excellent service delivery for our customers. As the Station Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for long-term planning and daily oversight of fleet operations, including the garage and outsourced teams. Your goal is to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and achieving station business development targets.**Key Responsibilities:****1. Human Management:*** Lead and develop fleet staff, including hikers and maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values.* Train staff to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to company procedures and service level agreements.* Conduct and log safety meetings with fleet staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.**2. Daily Fleet Operations:*** Oversee the timely repair and servicing of vehicles according to company and manufacturer guidelines.* Review reservations, returns, and fleet status daily to maintain operational efficiency.* Manage the damage assessment process, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.* Continuously seek process improvements to optimize vehicle servicing, in-fleet preparation, and disposal.* Provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity, attendance, and inventory usage for consumables, tires, and parts.**3.
