cbtalents-37 is seeking a Customer Support Advisor for a Norwegian-speaking audience in Barcelona. The role is hybrid, starting ASAP, and involves assisting travelers with accommodation bookings, payments, and inquiries while coordinating with providers.

You will join an international team, maintaining high service standards and following internal guidelines. The position offers a permanent path from a temporary contract and a modern centrally located Barcelona office.

Formación

• Norwegian language proficiency at C2 level.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using basic PC tools (email, CRM, etc.).
• No prior experience required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via email and phone.
• Help solve booking, payment, and service-related questions.
• Mediate between travellers and accommodation providers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow internal processes and guidelines.
