cbtalents-37 in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Support Advisor who speaks Slovenian to join an international team. The role involves assisting travellers with bookings, payments, and inquiries from a hybrid Barcelona office.

You will act as the link between customers and providers, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service while following internal processes. No prior experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Formación

• Slovenian language at C1–C2 level.
• English language at B2–C1 level.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using basic PC tools (email, CRM, etc.).
• No previous experience required.
• Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).

About the Role

Join an international customer support team and help travellers around the world with their accommodation needs.
