CBtalents seeks a Norwegian-speaking Solution Specialist to join our cloud solutions team in Valencia. This on-site role focuses on helping clients adopt and optimize cloud-based products and services, with close collaboration across sales and technical staff.

You will provide tailored recommendations, support inquiries, assist in onboarding and implementation, and strive for high customer satisfaction within an international, growth-oriented environment.

Formación

• Norwegian language proficiency (C1–C2).
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in cloud technologies and digital solutions.
• Experience in customer support, sales, or IT-related roles is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with cloud solution inquiries and needs.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on client requirements.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams.
• Assist in onboarding and implementation processes.
