Fever is seeking an Overnight Operations Supervisor to coordinate all night-time activities in the Fan Zone, ensuring setup, maintenance, replenishment, and corrective works are completed for a safe daily opening. You will supervise contractors, install crews, and support staff across night shifts while maintaining logs and handovers.

The role requires strong coordination, attention to safety, and clear communication with Production, Operations, and Security teams to sustain continuous operation.

Formación

• Supervise all scheduled overnight activities in Fan Zone areas.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, installation crews, maintenance teams and support personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure, activations, signage, furniture and hospitality facilities.
• Manage operational incidents and corrective actions for readiness of event spaces.
• Oversee access control and movement of personnel, materials and vehicles during overnight operations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing incidents, completed works and priorities for the next day.
• Ensure effective handover between night-shift and day-shift teams.
• Monitor health, safety and operational procedures during all overnight activities.
