Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a hands-on Production Assistant to support Fan Zone operations across setup, live event, and dismantling. You will help with infrastructure, signage, branding, inventory, and coordination with Backstage, Hospitality, Accreditation, and Participant Services teams.

This role requires closing attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability within a fast-paced event environment.

Formación

• Experience in event operations or venue support.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily production operations within Fan Zone areas.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and dismantling of infrastructure, furniture, signage, branding, and activation spaces.
• Perform material distribution, inventory support, and replenishment of supplies.
• Provide support to Backstage, Hospitality, Accreditation, and Participant Services teams as needed.
• Monitor condition and functionality of Fan Zone facilities; report issues to Production.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers within Fan Zone.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in assigned areas.
• Support crowd flow management and access control for Fan Zone activations.
• Identify, report, and escalate operational issues to Production Coordinator/Manager.
• Perform general operational and logistical support to ensure successful Fan Zone activities.

Position Objective

Provide operational support to the Production team in the day‑to‑day management of the Fan Zone, contributing to the smooth operation of facilities, activations, public areas, and services throughout the setup, live event, and dismantling phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations within assigned Fan Zone areas.
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of operational infrastructure, furniture, signage, branding elements, and activation spaces.
• Perform basic logistical tasks, including material distribution, inventory support, and replenishment of supplies.
• Provide support to Backstage, Hospitality, Accreditation, and Participant Services teams when required.
• Monitor the condition and functionality of Fan Zone facilities and infrastructure, reporting any issues to the Production team.
• Assist in coordinating suppliers, contractors, and operational service providers working within the Fan Zone.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards in assigned areas.
• Support crowd flow management, access control, and the operational requirements of Fan Zone activations and experiences.
• Identify, report, and escalate operational issues, incidents, or requirements to the Production Coordinator or Production Manager.
• Perform general operational and logistical support duties to ensure the successful execution of Fan Zone activities.

Deliverables

• Daily operational checklists and status reports for assigned Fan Zone areas.
• Incident and maintenance reporting logs.
• Material distribution and inventory tracking records, where applicable.
• End‑of‑event operational report summarizing support activities, issues encountered, and recommendations for future improvements.
