Fever is seeking an independent operations professional to support the La Plaza project manager, coordinating day-to-day event operations in Madrid.

You will oversee coordination between food & beverage outlets, entertainment spaces, and public services, ensuring smooth loading, operation, and load-out phases with strong focus on documentation and issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager in planning and coordination of La Plaza operations across Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver the operation plan.
• Monitor condition and readiness of facilities including food & beverage outlets, bars, furniture, stages, public seating areas, and guest services.
• Work with Food & Beverage operators, entertainment providers, and other suppliers to deliver services.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of operational issues with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Production, Security, Cleaning, Access Control, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Support coordination of operational staff and task allocation.
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, schedules, incident logs, and action trackers.
• Maintain coordination with Fever contact; communicate issues and requirements as necessary.
• Prepare operational progress reports and incident reports throughout the event.

About The Role

Provide operational support to the La Plaza Project Manager in coordinating and supervising the day‑to‑day operations of this key Fan Zone area, ensuring the efficient operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment spaces, and public services, while facilitating coordination between suppliers, operational teams, and internal departments.

You will:

• Support the Project Manager in the planning and coordination of La Plaza operations throughout the Load‑In, Event Operations, and Load‑Out phases.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the operational plan is delivered effectively.
• Monitor the condition and operational readiness of facilities, including food & beverage outlets, bars, furniture, stages, public seating areas, and guest services.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage operators, entertainment providers, and other suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of services.
• Monitor day‑to‑day operations, identify operational issues, and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
• Coordinate with the Production, Security, Cleaning, Access Control, Guest Experience, and other operational departments to ensure the smooth operation of La Plaza.
• Support the coordination of the operational staff assigned to the area, assisting with task allocation and operational follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational documentation, schedules, incident logs, and action trackers.
• Maintain the necessary coordination with the contact designated by Fever, communicating operational issues and requirements as necessary.
• Prepare operational progress reports and incident reports throughout the event.

Deliverables

• La Plaza operational monitoring plan, where applicable.
• Daily operational status reports, when requested by Fever.
• Records of operational issues and corrective actions implemented.
• Updated production schedules, action trackers, and operational documentation.
• A final report summarising the operations carried out, including an overview of operational issues identified and, where appropriate, recommendations for future operational improvements.

The Supplier shall provide the Services as an independent self‑employed professional, organising independently the resources and methods necessary for their performance, without prejudice to the coordination required with Fever.
