Fever seeks a Production Assistant to act as the on-site operational link between the Fan Zone Production Coordinator and the event teams. You will lead on-site execution, coordinate suppliers, and ensure smooth attendee flow during Load-In, Event Operations and Load-Out.

Responsibilities include managing supplier performance, activations readiness, and safety compliance while supporting staff and producing daily production reports and schedules for multiple activations and experiences.

Formación

• Experience coordinating large on-site events.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to event protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site execution across Load-In, Event Operations and Load-Out.
• Coordinate arrival, parking, unloading and movement of heavy equipment and deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure activities align with production schedule and safety standards.
• Oversee activations readiness, power, connectivity and technical services during the event.
• Supervise Junior Production Assistants, Production Support Staff and Runners.
• Prepare and maintain Load-In/Load-Out schedules and daily production reports.
