Amazon Logistics is seeking an EU CO Night Shift Area Manager to lead a team of Managers and Logistics Associates, driving performance on daily operations and projects for EU CO. You will focus on forecast accuracy and process adherence, developing standard work and best practices for the network.

You will own daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, drive program scoping, rollout, and stakeholder experience, and communicate across departments to maintain high service levels for customers and partners.

Formación

• An degree and experience in people management.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including leadership.
• Experience using data or evidence to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the Night Shift team, ensuring tasks are executed on time.
• Monitor and report on daily/weekly performance; analyze trends and act on gaps.
• Implement best practices to improve customer, cost, and partner outcomes; scale processes.
• Develop scalable standard work enabling remote support of a complex area.
• Identify and lead process-improvement initiatives via data-driven analysis.
• Create, manage and support recognition and communication programs for scheduling team.
