Allianz is seeking a senior new business sales professional in Madrid to drive growth across automotive, home, and device protection. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from market mapping to contract closure, engaging partners and internal teams to deliver profitable revenue growth.

Role requires 5+ years in hunter sales, a strong industry network, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills in Spanish and English. Travel and a dynamic, high‑ambition environment are expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in hunter/new business sales
• Experience in Insurance/Assistance environment
• Strong and active industry network
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target and acquire new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a clear new business sales strategy and pipeline.
• Lead negotiations and manage tender and RFP processes end-to-end.
• Build and leverage a strong industry network within insurance/assistance.
• Prepare senior-level commercial presentations and business cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely decision-making and deal closure.
