AUTO1 Group is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations professional with 3+ years of experience to drive sales initiatives, quantify trends, and own end-to-end forecasting with clear accountability for results.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI and Marketing to deliver concise, decision-ready insights and to push corrective actions quickly. The role is full-time with 100% remote work from Spain and Madrid HQ reference.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience driving sales initiatives and targeting group metrics.
• Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using data.
• Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end with clear accountability for results.

Responsabilidades

• Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing).
• Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast.
