NN Spain is seeking a senior partnerships professional to drive growth through Bancassurance and Assurbanking collaborations. You will analyze data, shape propositions with product teams, and support commercial initiatives across local and Head Office environments.

The role offers a hybrid work model and a focus on stakeholder management, with exposure to senior leadership and international partners. Fluency in English and strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years in partnerships, business development or financial services.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability; transform data into insights.
• Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders across teams; ensure alignment.
• Commercial understanding of banking and insurance; contribute to value propositions.
• Fluency in English and strong Excel/Power BI skills for international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development initiatives across Bancassurance and Assurbanking channels.
• Collaborate with Product Development and partners to design and enhance customer propositions.
• Monitor and report performance; provide insights at local and Head Office level.
• Ensure service quality through SLA tracking and partner performance reviews.
• Support the Sales Force in the commercialization of partner products.
