Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive business results across the Spanish market.
• Lead the Field Team through Sales Managers and ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
• Coach, motivate, and inspire a senior team of sales professionals to high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to support business success and patient access.
• Partner with Commercial Operations for performance, forecasting, and market insights.
