Job summary

HBX Group in Palma de Mallorca seeks a Client Operations Executive to join our Customer Relationship Center. You will support clients to deliver unique holidays, using your multilingual communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Based in Mallorca, this permanent full-time role is hybrid: 1 day in the office and 4 days from home, with opportunities to grow within a global travel-tech leader.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, German, Dutch, Italian or French (written and spoken).
• Spanish knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Attend clients' queries via phone and emails, proactively and politely.
• Resolve client requests and complaints per defined policies.
• Promote goodwill and maintain relationships with clients and sales teams.
• Identify daily improvement opportunities.
• Negotiate for appropriate compensation/refunds/solutions.
