Milestone Systems, a global leader in open platform IP video management, is seeking a Support Professional based in Barcelona. The role requires fluency in English and French, Italian, or Dutch and works on a hybrid schedule (10:00–19:00).

You will be the first point of contact for Milestone Partners, delivering high-quality technical support, expanding partners’ expertise, and ensuring satisfactory resolution of incidents across the Milestone product portfolio.

Formación

• Informatic Support technical background and DevOps exposure.
• Bachelor-level or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering.
• Experience providing technical support to external clients is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver reliable technical support across Milestone product portfolio to Business Partners.
• Act as trusted technical advisor, expanding partner expertise in Milestone solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for technical inquiries via phone, chat, and web-based channels.
• Analyze and troubleshoot frontline support cases with timely resolution or escalation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case handling and knowledge sharing.
• Perform support activities in line with KPIs and SLAs.
