IT Company in Barcelona is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support the German market across EMEA. You will provide remote help, manage incidents, and work with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable services.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office, offering exposure to hardware lifecycle management, onboarding, and cross‑border collaboration. Fluency in German and English is required.

Formación

• Proven IT Support/Service Desk experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
• Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools (ServiceNow a plus).
• Solid understanding of PC hardware and basic networking; remote support tools.
• German language mandatory; good English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote IT support from Barcelona to EMEA, focused on German-speaking users.
• Handle incidents and requests related to hardware, software, and IT infra.
• Install, configure, and maintain devices per global IT standards.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding with equipment preparation and guidance.
• Collaborate with Global IT teams and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors when required.
• Monitor IT security measures and updates.
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base.
• Support asset management and hardware lifecycle planning.
• Act as IT contact for local management and reporting.
