Netzon Group in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Customer Support Agent fluent in Italian and English to support Netatmo campaign clients. You will resolve tech inquiries and strive for first-contact resolutions in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, 39 hours per week, a temporary contract through December 31 with a probation period, and a competitive annual salary of €20,673.48 plus a €100 monthly KPI bonus and a €150 top performer bonus.

Formación

• Fluency in Italian and English required.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy with ability to analyze problems and offer tailored solutions.
• Interest in smart home consumer electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and respond to client's requests.
• Analyze the client's situation to answer quickly and efficiently.
• Identify technical incidents, apprehend them and provide an appropriate solution.
• Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach.
• Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.
