Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Barcelona (hybrid) to install, service, and repair customer equipment, and to provide remote support with rapid escalation handling. You will travel to client sites, read electrical diagrams, and document activities while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Requirements include fluent English and a plus for Spanish. This full-time role offers a 39-hour week, base salary of 20,000 euros gross per year plus up to 4,000 euros gross per year in

Qualifications

Reads electrical diagrams and understands subsystems.
Hands-on engineering mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in field service, maintenance or technical support.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site service with installations, commissioning, maintenance and repairs.
Provide remote support and manage escalations with advanced troubleshooting.
Handle multiple escalations while meeting SLA targets.
Document activities, produce reports and train customers.
Ensure safety and quality compliance.
Communicate service delivery in English; travel to customer sites.
