Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Sales/Membership Executive to grow its vacation ownership business in Spain. You will engage prospective Owners, explain options, and guide candidates through the sales process, including contracts and financing discussions.

You will build lasting relationships, handle referrals, and support reloads and additional sales, while working weekends/holidays as required. Join a global team focused on guest satisfaction and member loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Real Estate license preferred where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer base with owners and prospects; answer questions and follow up on referrals/leads.
• Present sales proposals, coordinate tours and contracts, and explain financing options.
• Process documents and ensure timely closings; monitor contract processing to minimize rescissions.
