Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to the growth of our sales distribution by converting prospective owners into purchasers, developing relationships, and guiding them through the contract process to ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in English, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English required.
• Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Preferred: one-year related experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Building and Maintaining Customer Base: Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; follow up on referrals/leads from owners.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from owners and fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.
