You will introduce prospective clients to ADP's leading solutions and guidance over the phone, building relationships from Fortune 100 to small businesses. You’ll be supported with skill-building and advancement opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a demonstrated sales aptitude, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to close deals in a dynamic environment with multi-country clients.

Formación

• Fluent in English and one of the languages listed above.
• Proven B2B sales experience with multi-country accounts.
• Experience building a portfolio of prospects and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth by reaching and exceeding quotas.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients using a structured cold calling strategy.
• Cross-sell ADP products across existing accounts and new offerings.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to maintain strong relationships.
