Capitole seeks a MuleSoft Platform Operations Engineer to join a cross-functional team in a production-focused role. You will manage MuleSoft platforms across multi-cloud environments, automate tasks, and contribute to resilience and capacity planning.

The role spans L2/L3 operations with automation and runbook development. You will work in a hybrid Madrid setup, collaborating with internal and external teams in an international environment, and participate in incident resolution, deployments,

Formación

• Experience with MuleSoft platform management and operations.
• Hands-on with Terraform, OpenShift, ArgoCD, GitHub in containerised environments.
• Exposure to multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) and GitOps-based deployments.
• Operational focus not API development; incident resolution and automation.
• Strong collaboration across international, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth/OpenID Connect).
• Root Cause Analysis, capacity planning, and runbook creation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and support MuleSoft platforms in production environments.
• Investigate incidents and perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Handle L2 activities and escalate L3 incidents as needed.
• Support deployment, release, and production change activities.
• Develop automation scripts and self-healing strategies.
• Work with Terraform, OpenShift, ArgoCD, GitHub in GitOps workflows.
• Produce incident reports and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, security, and development teams.
