goFLUENT in Madrid seeks a Learning Advisor to guide Moroccan Arabic-speaking students through their language journey, ensuring a smooth start and ongoing support. You will become an expert on our products and communicate effectively to help learners succeed.

You will follow up across channels, nurture engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize satisfaction and outcomes for each student.

Formación

Fluency in Moroccan Arabic.
1 year of experience in customer support, or B2C sales.
Experience in educational sales or services will be highly valued.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

Become an expert in our products and services to guide new students starting their training.
Support learners throughout their journey by understanding needs and providing solutions.
Follow up with students through phone, email, chat, etc.
Make proactive calls to motivate students to use available resources and tools.
Maintain efficient communication with internal teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
Suggest improvements to internal processes and contribute to learner satisfaction.
