Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (Spanish speaker) to drive new customer acquisition for Revolut Business in Spain. You will identify high-potential mid-market prospects, qualify needs, and guide customers to adopt the best plan while expanding usage of features.

With a focus on English, Spanish/Portuguese, and Italian, you will close high-value deals in a fast-paced fintech environment, collaborating with Product and Support to ensure customer success.

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, Italian.
• 1+ year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
• Track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Solid prospecting skills to generate leads and pursue new opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, fintech preferred.
• Relationship-building with C-suite level decision makers.
• Excellent communication to articulate product capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support.

Responsabilidades

• Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospecting mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers.
• Conducting Discovery and Qualification during sign-up, offering guidance.
• Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
