Jobgether is seeking a Middle Node.js Backend Developer based in Spain for a fully remote role. You will design, build, and maintain backend services powering subscriptions, analytics, and marketing integrations in a modern cloud, microservices environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• 2.5+ years hands-on with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and database design principles.
• Experience with microservices architectures and inter-service communication patterns.
• Solid understanding of software design principles including SOLID and event-driven architectures.
• Experience integrating third-party REST APIs with authentication, rate limiting, retries, webhooks, idempotent operations.
• Experience with asynchronous processing and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, BullMQ).
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript for scalable, reliable systems.
• Build and manage payment and billing integrations including subscriptions and webhooks.
• Develop marketing/analytics integrations and server-side event tracking with external systems.
• Create technical designs and break down requirements into tasks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Research third-party integrations, API limits, architecture decisions, and emerging tech.
• Improve observability, reliability, and code quality; address technical debt.
• Contribute across the full SDLC including architecture, reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
