Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in a DMC, event agency, incentive house or international MICE environment with proposal responsibility.
• Proven experience developing proposals, budgets and client-facing presentations for events or incentives.
• Strong knowledge of Spain as an events destination.
• Experience sourcing venues and negotiating commercial conditions.
• Strong financial acumen with detailed budgets and commercial models.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals with tight deadlines.

• Lead proposal development from brief to submission, translating client briefs into compelling proposals.
• Design tailored event and incentive concepts aligned with client objectives and Spain's destinations.
• Build and manage detailed proposal budgets with pricing and commercial recommendations.
• Source venues, hotels, experiences and partners, securing favorable terms.
• Shape proposals and pitches with clear client-facing materials and strong storytelling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and international teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Stay ahead on industry trends, sustainability and AI tools to improve proposals.
• Maintain pipeline visibility with timelines and CRM updates.
