NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's MEL framework for the AESPP Boost initiative. The expert will contribute to robust indicators, baselines and data collection protocols in a multi-partner setting.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years in MEL, strong English skills, and a preference for experience with EU-funded

Formación

• Master's degree or four additional years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework.
• Provide monitoring and evaluation expertise for donor-funded or complex multi-partner programmes, including indicators and baselines.
