ESSP, Madrid, Spain, seeks an EGNOS Performance Tools Manager to ensure steady operation of Mission Performance tools and to lead tool development and toolset evolution. The role requires 5 years in complex technical systems and 3 years in management/architecture, with international European project experience.

The candidate will coordinate the team, manage configurations and changes, and contribute to industry qualification milestones while supporting service provision and monitoring activities.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years in complex technical systems, preferably in space/aviation/GNSS domains.
• 3 years in management/architecture/design or evolution of software-intensive systems.
• Experience with European projects and ECSS-based processes.
• Strong leadership and ability to work across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise the team maintaining Mission Performance Tools.
• Ensure tool operation, performance and evolution; develop new software.
• Manage changes, configurations and documentation; raise ORs as needed.
• Support Change Control Boards and industry qualification milestones.
• Travel regularly within Europe as required.
