NTU International seeks a motivated recruiter to source and engage international experts for EU-funded projects. You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with project teams, and use platforms like LinkedIn, Devex, and DevelopmentAid to meet tender needs.

The role requires clear English communication, strong organization, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Master's degree in Business Management, International Relations, or related field.
3+ years recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB tenders; CV preparation.
Familiarity with EC framework contracts.
Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts.
Experience using LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with deadlines.
Strong teamwork and collaboration.
Independent drive, goal orientation, and attention to detail.
Structured and organized mindset with ability to work under pressure.
MS Office products proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades
