Formación

• Experience in technical writing or documentation, ideally in healthcare or technology.
• Ability to analyze system behavior and validate documentation.
• Experience collaborating with teams to refine documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Update and validate Troubleshooting Guides.
• Create content in Salesforce and migrate materials from ZenDesk.
• Coordinate with L2 support to ensure documentation accuracy.
