Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group, a UK-based talent consultancy, is partnering with a global medical devices company building its Madrid hub. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join the newly established Salesforce team as one of its first members.

You will own a global Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, shaping technical standards, governance, and release management from the ground up, with strong visibility and collaboration with business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technical consulting or a similar technical Salesforce role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with release management, deployments, and CI/CD practices.
• Good knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce customizations.
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket and deployment tools including SFDX, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• Proven experience collaborating with external implementation partners and reviewing technical deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Own and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring smooth and secure deployments through CI/CD processes.
• Support global Salesforce rollouts, balancing business requirements with technical best practices and long-term scalability.
• Act as the main technical point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Review, challenge, and validate custom developments delivered by third-party vendors.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions and change requests.
• Provide guidance and support for complex incidents, integrations, and platform-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform performance, deployment efficiency, and governance.
• Contribute to defining technical standards and best practices within the new Madrid Hub.

We are currently partnering with a leading global company in the medical devices sector that is building its new international hub in Madrid. As part of this strategic growth, they are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their newly established Salesforce team as one of its first members.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a global Salesforce environment, working across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud while helping shape technical standards, governance, and release management processes from the ground up. The role offers strong visibility within an international organization and close collaboration with business stakeholders and external technology partners.
