A global technology company is looking for a CS Technical Content Writer to create user-friendly content for their Help Center and Knowledge Base. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical writing, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with content management tools. You will be responsible for translating complex engineering terms into clear user content and ensuring global team alignment through SOPs. Preference is given to candidates in Spain.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in technical writing or support content in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage Help Centers or Internal Knowledge Bases effectively.
• Great interpersonal skills to influence and build trust across teams.

Responsabilidades
