Hologic is seeking an Account Manager for Gynecological Surgical Solutions in the Barcelona area. You will drive strategic territory plans, build partnerships with hospitals and clinics, and deliver compelling proposals that illustrate the value of our surgical portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain market insight, and use CRM tools to forecast and optimise opportunities. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, plus a valid driving licence.

Formación

• Must have proven success in medical device/healthcare B2B sales.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account management skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to exceed targets.
• Analytical mindset with CRM and sales reporting experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; valid driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet/exceed sales targets.

• Use CRM tools to forecast, manage opportunities and optimise performance.
• Act as trusted advisor helping customers meet clinical and business goals.
