You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Clinical Support, using CRM data to forecast, negotiate and close deals while exceeding targets. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for success in this field-based role.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in medical device, healthcare or related B2B sales environments.
• Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Valid driving licence.

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Hologic’s presence within Cataluña.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, clinics and healthcare organisations.
• Deliver presentations and commercial proposals demonstrating the value of Hologic’s Surgical portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Support and other functions to deliver customer outcomes.
• Maintain understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity and healthcare trends.
