Deluxe is seeking an Account Coordinator, Media and Access Services in Madrid to support the delivery of accessibility services, subtitling, captioning, localization and media operations for assigned clients. The role requires a collaborative approach with clients, internal teams and external vendors.

You will work closely with clients, internal operations teams and external vendors to coordinate projects, monitor schedules, manage requests and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries; a strong

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Translation/Media/Communications or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate projects related to subtitling, captioning, localization and media operations.
• Monitor schedules and manage client requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal production, quality control, operations and accessibility teams.
• Assist with freelance linguist coordination and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate project records and prepare reports as required.
