Deluxe is seeking an Account Coordinator in Madrid to support delivery of media and accessibility services, including subtitling, captioning, localization, and media operations. You will coordinate projects with clients and vendors, monitor schedules, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a degree or equivalent experience, and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Translation, Linguistics, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience or internship in media, localization, or project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Support clients with project requests, status updates, and delivery inquiries.
• Help manage client expectations and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Coordinate projects related to subtitling, captioning, localization, and media processing.
• Work with internal teams to ensure projects progress as planned.
• Assist with purchase orders, billing preparation, invoicing, and project reporting.
