Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
In Abu Dhabi, the family seeks a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse to work closely and quietly with the family.
The post rewards a methodical approach to newborn and maternal assessment, and the family trusts those who keep their counsel.
Should the family charter a yacht for the season, the family relies on the same two nurses whose newborn and maternal assessment they already trust.
Medical Staff Talent vets the maternity nurse's credentials and presents the shortlist; the family alone is your employer and the other party to your contract.
Requirements
You must hold a nursing qualification and current registration, registered in the UK or Europe.
Bring 3 years of nursing experience, reviewed in detail during assessment.
Training and registration in the UK or Europe is the benchmark for this maternity nurse role, since the standard of newborn and maternal assessment must be demonstrable.
You will be asked to sign a strict confidentiality agreement, and we confirm it at the verification stage.
Stays in Europe with the family form part of the role, while keeping the same precise standard of care.
The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
In Abu Dhabi you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status.
Return flights home are provided by the family, and the family values long-standing relationships.
No third party sits on the contract, on standards both sides can rely on.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
