Job Description

A long-term Private Nurse appointment is being sought by a private family in Dubai, open to UK & European-trained clinicians. The appointment suits a composed private nurse who values a stable home base. A multi-year appointment means travelling with the family to Marbella, the Côte d'Azur and Switzerland, so the routine of care travels intact. Your contract is with the family and no one else, while MST introduces you and verifies your credentials. Requirements A registered private nurse with an active nursing registration in the UK or Europe. The role calls for no fewer than 3 years of working experience beyond registration. We consider only clinicians trained and licensed within UK and European training and licensing standards. Excellent English, written and spoken, is required, together with a non-disclosure undertaking that outlasts the appointment. Your licence to practise must be in good standing and it must stay that way over the years you serve. References are verified with particular attention to how long you stayed in each post. Benefits Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is provided, and relocation is arranged by the family, on terms set out in your contract. The family provides paid leave and return flights home, and the appointment carries no fixed end date. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
