Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
A private family in Abu Dhabi is appointing a permanent, UK & European-trained Private Nurse. The role is one-to-one paediatric nursing at home: daily medication, careful observation and coordination of specialist follow-up. Twice a year the family travels to London for specialist reviews, and each summer they stay on for several weeks; you accompany them throughout. You become the link between the family and the specialist team. Requirements You hold nursing registration in the UK or Europe. You have at least 2 years of hands-on nursing since registration. Paediatric high-dependency experience is strongly preferred. You are comfortable travelling with your patient and their medication. Fluent English and complete discretion are required. We take up two clinical references before introduction. Benefits Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Private accommodation within the residence and travel to London are arranged by the family. Annual leave is agreed around the review calendar. Your contract is signed with the family directly. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
