We are assisting a private family in Dubai who need a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for a long-term, in-residence appointment. The family looks for a private nurse whose nursing assessment is rigorous, in a private setting where confidence matters. During the family's stays at their European residences, the private nurse remains the family's single point of clinical contact. We introduce only clinicians whose standards we have checked in detail; the family, as employer, agrees terms with you directly. Requirements The private nurse must be able to evidence a nursing qualification and current registration, issued within the UK or Europe. We look for 2+ years of nursing experience behind the private nurse, assessed through references and a structured interview. A UK or European training pathway is the starting point for the private nurse appointment, and we test it against the original certificates. Confidentiality is absolute in this post, and the NDA applies before, during and after the appointment. A current passport and a flexible diary are essential, and your nursing assessment routine must adapt without lowering standards. Benefits Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The private nurse lives within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. You receive generous paid leave, so you can plan your life beyond Dubai. Employment terms for the private nurse are written directly between you and the family, with every term agreed in writing. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
