Job Description

A private family in Abu Dhabi requires a UK & European-trained Private Nurse for exclusive household engagement.

The appointment depends on a private nurse who can act with confidence, and that is rare.

Travel is part of the role, with Monaco on the family's regular route and day-to-day care uninterrupted, and you decide how it is delivered.

Our part is a verified introduction and nothing more, because a household care continuity appointment leaves little room for doubt.

Requirements

A current UK or European registration as a private nurse is the starting point, able to hold independent judgement.

A record of 3 or more years in practice is needed, some of it in bedside care.

We consider private nurses trained and registered in the UK or Europe only.

Clear English is required at every level of the role; discretion is treated as a clinical standard, and we say so plainly.

We introduce only those private nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, which matters most when the post carries unsupervised responsibility.

Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month.

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Accommodation within the residence is arranged and paid for by the family, which suits a household care continuity post.

Paid annual leave is built into the contract, so rest never depends on goodwill.

Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, so expectations around a household care continuity role are clear from the start.

Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
