Qualifications

• UK or European nursing registration required.
• At least 2 years hands-on nursing since registration.
• Paediatric high-dependency experience preferred.
• Willing to travel with patient and manage medication.
• Two clinical references are required before introduction.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one paediatric home care with daily medications and observation.
• Coordinate with specialist teams for follow-up reviews.
• Accompany family during biannual travel to London for reviews; act as liaison.
• Role contracted directly between family and clinician; live-in arrangements handled by family.
