IE University in Madrid is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Global Brand & Marketing Department. You will execute marketing actions to achieve brand and business objectives for Law, International Affairs and Public Policy programs and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in marketing, consulting, advertising, and/or communications with international scope.
• Experience in Law, International Affairs, or Consulting.
• Must be eligible to work in Spain.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Master’s degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Persuasive communicator and presenter.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the development and execution of the customer journey to drive marketing conversion across Law, International Affairs, and Public Policy programs, coordinating multiple projects.
• Operate an omnichannel approach to nurture and execute marketing campaigns.
• Understand the customer target, write briefs, and oversee the campaign setup with an external creative agency.
• Lead internal and external partnerships to launch campaigns, content, and programs.
• Track and report campaign activity and results to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Maintain and build the positioning/branding in all executions.
• Create, implement, and coordinate organic content across marketing channels.
• Support discussions to ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the journey.
• Coordinate and implement paid media campaigns with the digital teams.
• Partner with product marketing, regional, academic, and business development teams to plan multi-channel campaigns.
