Job summary

IE University’s School of Science & Technology seeks an Associate Director - Operations in Madrid to support Corporate Development activities at IE Law School. This role coordinates executive education programs, nurtures corporate partnerships, and contributes to business development with external partners.

The ideal candidate will combine proactive project management with strong relationship-building skills in an international academic setting. This is a full-time, on-site position in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor top (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field) and minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in business development, institutional relations or Master top and minimum 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Corporate relationship support: identify, maintain, and nurture contacts with companies, law firms, and institutional partners.
• Program coordination: logistical and administrative organization of executive education programs with academic teams and external partners.
• Business development support: prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials for corporate clients and partners.
• Project management: plan, execute, and monitor departmental projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Internal collaboration: work with other IE University departments to ensure successful initiatives and partner satisfaction.
• Reporting and data management: maintain databases, produce periodic reports, and track KPIs.
