Labhouse is hiring a backend/attribution engineer in Barcelona, focused on owning the end-to-end attribution and signals system. You will drive technical decisions and best practices across the organization, implementing models and server-side integrations with major ad networks to ensure data accuracy and reliable campaigns.

You will work with REST APIs, serverless environments, and a stack including TypeScript, Python, and Go, collaborating with product and engineering teams in a fast-growing

Formación

• Strong knowledge of attribution / tracking mechanisms (pixels, UTMs, ID-based matching, MMPs, SRN, SKAN, W2A).
• Experience sending signals from mobile apps to Ad Networks to optimize campaigns (Meta CAPI, TikTok CAPI, Google Ads API).
• Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks and serverless environments.
• Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in backend technologies: TypeScript, Python, Go.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end attribution and signals system and drive technical decisions.
• Implement and improve attribution models across platforms.
• Design and maintain server-to-server integrations with ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Ensure monitoring, QA, and debugging of discrepancies between internal data and ad platforms.
• Continuously improve attribution accuracy and signal quality.
• Lead long-term evolution of the platform balancing impact, scalability and reliability.
