Bark is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Acquisition squad. You’ll work on Python backend and React/TypeScript frontend, shaping marketing tech that drives customer growth in a fully remote role based in Spain.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product and design, build AI-powered tooling, implement guardrails for live AI outputs, and help scale our MarTech stack as Bark migrates to a broader marketplace.

Formación

• 4+ years Python production experience.
• 4+ years React in production.
• Strong API design and documentation experience.
• Proficient SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build elegant APIs, services and front-end experiences using Python and React/TypeScript.
• Build and integrate with our marketing technology stack, connecting third-party platforms and internal services.
• Design and ship AI-powered internal tooling for marketing and other teams.
• Measure impact with adoption, efficiency gains and business value.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and marketing to production.
• Proactively improve codebase and architecture.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and drive adoption across the business.
• Improve ways of working with stakeholders.
