LABHOUSE is a Barcelona-based startup studio building AI-powered mobile apps used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead technically and ship complex systems.
You will work directly with the CTO, own architecture decisions, and push for high performance across platforms. You will contribute to evolving products from 0→1 and scale them 1→100, while mentoring teams and delivering reliable services for millions of users.
Formación
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience building and launching entirely new products.
- Creating engineering systems that allow us to move faster and scale without increasing complexity.
- Hands-on experience improving app performance and reliability across millions of users.
- Experience migrating critical infrastructure and redesigning core platform services.
- Experience with Flutter, Dart, TypeScript, GCP, SQL.
