Publicit Global is seeking an engineer to own the connection between our exchange and platform, ensuring campaigns, budgets, targeting and reporting align across both sides. You’ll lead delivery, break work into tasks, and ship features using TypeScript and React while handling necessary backend work.

You will set technical direction for the product side and own scope decisions, ensuring projects ship in the right order.

Formación

• 4–6 years building software used by real people.
• You have owned a product or an area end to end.
• Strong TypeScript and React.
• You’re comfortable being the least expert person in the room, then not being.
• You have product opinions and you change them with evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Own the connection between the exchange and the platform. Campaigns, budgets, targeting and reporting must mean the same on both sides.
• Lead delivery on what you own: break work down, sequence it, keep it moving.
• Build: TypeScript and React across the product surface, plus necessary backend work.
• Set the technical direction for the product side: structure, standards, and what not to do.
• Own scope: decide what ships now, later, or not at all and defend it.
• Talk to advertisers constantly: onboarding calls, support conversations, and launches.
• Own the numbers: measure signups, launches, retention, and drop-off; instrument and improve.
• Raise the people around you: review code, explain reasoning, elevate others.
