Bark seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, agile squad focused on the Acquisition domain, owning marketing tech that brings customers to Bark. You’ll work across frontend and backend with Python and React/TypeScript, solving real user problems and scaling systems.

A key focus is our marketing stack and AI-powered tooling to automate work, accelerate campaigns and empower teams, while delivering customer-facing products that drive growth.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience working with Python in a production environment.
• 4+ years of recent experience working with React.
• Ideally, a 50/50 front-end and back-end split (though a 30/70 split could work).
• Experience building scalable, high-performing web applications.
• Production MySQL experience and strong SQL skills; familiarity with NoSQL datastores.
• Experience building, maintaining, testing and documenting APIs to be used by other developers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools as part of day-to-day workflow.
• Genuine interest in marketing and automation problems, and the ability to learn domains quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build elegant, performant APIs, services and frontend experiences using Python and React/TypeScript.
• Integrate with the marketing technology stack and internal services.
• Design and ship AI-powered internal tooling that speeds up marketing and other teams.
• Measure adoption, efficiency gains and overall business value of the tools you build.
• Implement cost tracking, secret and PII hygiene, and a human review step for AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and marketing to move ideas from prototype to production.
• Propose and implement improvements to codebase and architecture.
• Mentor other engineers and promote best practices across the team.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and drive adoption through documentation and patterns.
